Upgrade Download NOT WORKING

Hi MYOB community,

I have found other comments regarding this, but was unable to find how to fix the problem.

After signing in, we are asked to upgrade ... it does not let us choose anything from the selection menu, it is empty.
We need to do payroll tonight and we cannot get past this problem!
