why does this happen?

This is not the first time this has happened; I send an invoice to our customer they email me back saying that they cant read the invoice.

    Hi Carol1711,

     

    Invoices sent from MYOB that aren't displaying correctly could be due to a number of factors. Could be something to do with the customised template or your PDF reader not playing nice. Don’t worry, our team’s got your back and can dig in to figure it out. Please raise a support ticket from your My Account dashboard. 

     

    If you’ve got even a tiny suspicion that it may be a fraudulent email, please shoot an email to securityincidents@myob.com with as much information as possible and we can take a look into it for you.
