phone upgrade - how does moving 2fa work
Bought a new phone but i havent set it up yet. Nervous I will be get locked out of myob if my codes are all setup with the app in my current phone but i cant find instructions on how to move the codes across to the app on the new phone. help please??

If you lose access to your 2FA methods, our team can help you get back in once we can verify it's you during support hours. We have also just launched a dedicated MOCA 2FA Reset Agent that troubleshoots 2FA issues and, when safe, completes a reset without waiting for human assistance if it's outside of support hours. Personally I set mine up so that I use an authenticator on my phone as my main option, and then SMS 2FA as a backup so even if I change my phone I can still get in and won't end up locked out. Hope this helps, feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
