Wont show most recent invoices/quotes.

Every time I open my invoices list or quotes list etc. It wont show the most recent entries unless I use the reset filters function. always seems like it is a month or two behind where I am actually up to. 

Its very frustrating.

Also when I look at the same pages on my mobile device, it lists the invoices and quotes in numerical order from oldest to newest.

So If I want to have a look at the most recent invoices I have to scroll though alot!! of pages or spend time using the filter function. There is no change order function on the mobile platform either. Samsung galaxy s22.

Having the number order reversed would be a time saving miracle!!

    Hi Dizzyswinger,

     

    The system should ideally show the latest entries first, so make sure your filters are cleared, and you can also try sorting the list by date to bring the latest ones to the top. Viewing invoices provides a detailed guide to help you with your problem.

     

    On mobile, see if there's an option to change the sorting from newest to oldest. That might save you from all the scrolling.
