inventory count is out. It shows that I have 1 in stock and I don't.

Hi, my item count is out in the first transaction shown I purchased 2 of this item in the stock on hand it shows 3??  I have no Idea why and it shows that I have one item in stock and I don't how do I correct this?

    Hi,

    I figured it out.  The last sale was not showing up in the history or the item count.  I changed the date to a day earlier than the transaction day and it now registers that transaction and has put the count down to 0 stock on hand as it should be.  Not sure why it happened, but quite pleased with myself that I managed to fix it.

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Community Forum!!


    If you run the transactions for this item from a date in the past, let's say 1/02/1000 till today, is there any transaction before 02/10/2020? Also, is the total quantity on hand showing incorrectly just on this window or the Item Register report and item's profile as well?
