INVENTORY ISSUES BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the latest upgrade I have been having major issues with my inventory also a big problem bank reconciliation, which I managed to fix, by having to undo 6 months of reconciliations. myob showed I was out $20.900, it eventually corrected itself, but still not good enough.  

i have been noticing discrepancies in my inventory for some weeks, but now there are major issues where my stock is out by thousands of $ and units, complete orders appear have doubled up. I need to bring in stock from orders but my actual physical stock is as it should be. I've had to adjust my inventory to a point where my shrinkage is ridicules. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM. IT SEEMS LIKE MYOB DID NOT CATCH SOMETHING OR LOST SOMNETHING IN THE UPGRADE. I CAN'T PIN POINT IT CORRECTLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO RYME OR REASON.

THIS HAPPENED SOME YEARS AGO AS WELL, AND OF COURSE NO RESOLUTION WAS FOUND OR GIVEN BY MYOB, I had to start a new file completely to fix that issues.

 I deal with manufacturing, so building my inventory is crucial.

also' WHY ARE WE FORCED TO UPGRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT LOT OF THE TIME THERE ARE ISSUES AFTERWARD AND NO SUPPORT. YEARS AGO PHONE SUPPORT WAS AVAILABE, BUT ALL THAT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS AS WELL.

I have been using MYOB since it came out, but this is getting sloppier by the minute. WHY DON'T YOU FULLY TEST YOUR UPGRADES AND GIVE US A CHOICE WETHER WE WANT TO OR NOT. THE ONLY THING YOUR CONSISTANT WITH IS BILLING!

    Hi morta​ , last issue first, MYOB only allows one older version to overlap for a short time for cost and practicality.  

    Inventory issues like this can be very difficult to fix via the forum.  I've done a lot of troubleshooting for clients' inventory since Adam was a teenager, and I'd be happy to assist you if MYOB support cannot. But try them first, either by lodging a support request via myaccount.myob.com, or via the online MOCA  chat.
