Inventory showing Negative Value On Hand

Hi, I was recenlty searching my inventory for an item, when I noticed that there was a specific item showing as value -1E-16. I've read a few articles that say someone from MYOB needs to script our file? Can you please arrange? Thank you.

    Also sorry about my slow reply. 

     

    Yes the problem still exists and I've actually found another peice of inventory that has a similar issue, however it is showing 1.38777878078145E-17 as the value. Look forward to your reply.

    Hey Jack_MacApplied,

     

    It looks like the issue with inventory showing a negative value on hand is still popping up even after running a fix on your file. I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount to get it sorted.

    Hi Jack_MacApplied,

     

    I've checked your account and noticed multiple files. To ensure we apply the fix script to the correct file, you'll need to reach out directly to our support team. To connect with our live chat agents, head over to this link and click the purple speech bubble located in the lower right-hand corner to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will provide you with a link to connect with a live chat agent.
