accounts assigned to suppliers not showing when entering an invoice

Hi,

Suppliers have been entered with assigned expense accounts but the expense account doesn't appear when entering a bill.

In some cases it has put in another account altogether not necessarily associated with that supplier.

This problem doesn't happen with the desktop version only the cloud version and it is very frustrating.

WHY????

    In this matter, if the accounts that were assigned to your supplier did not show up when entering a bill, you would need to check your linked accounts if they are already linked to the transaction.
