I was trying to allocate a role to a user with "read-only" to cards.
I have both the "role" setting updated and "user role allocation" updated.
After testing, it seems the user can still create/write new supplier cards.

Thank you for your post. Welcome to the Community Forum.
I suggest that you untick the Supplier Cards and then just click the Read Only one. Let me know how this works for you.
