AR Invoice Attachments

Hello,

Using the desktop app, can I attach a docket to an invoice? Or once I've attached the docket during the email of the invoice process can I go back and look at the attachments that belong with the invoice?

    In AccountRight's desktop app, attaching dockets directly to an invoice isn't supported. However, during the email process, you can attach screenshots, but these won't display on the invoice itself. This feature is currently under consideration by our development team. Our team is continuously working to enhance the user experience and provide more streamlined functionalities.

     

    Alternatively, if you're using the web browser version, you can attach a document directly to the invoice. Then, when emailing invoices, you need to attach the document again. Afterward, when you revisit the invoice, you'll find the attached documents in the attachments section.

    You can edit the details of an invoice from the invoice page or from the sales settings. If you want to change the invoice layout and template, see Sales Settings. Please refer to this Help article, which has detailed information to assist with this.
