We use MYOB account right .
Can you please advise
1. how can we bulk invoice upload
2. bills approval , that need to be approved by our team

At present, the method to upload invoices in bulk to the app is by importing them using a template. I recommend reading through the article 'Using an Import Template' for a step-by-step process to accomplish that.
As for your second query, currently, no feature allows pending bills to be approved before they are recorded. I encourage you to post this as a suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board for consideration in future updates.
