Cannot access Invoice Reminders

I cannot access Invoice Reminders anymore. When I click on "invoice reminders" in sales it shows up blank square and nothing happens. I really need to change settings and cannot do that. I need help in making it accessible again ASAP!

This can occur due to some preferences selected in the Internet Explorer. As a workaround, open the AccountRight in browser by going to app.myob.com and go to  Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings. This should display the invoice reminder settings.

I did this to turn off all reminders and now it is not working for individual clients that I want to send reminders to. There is nothing to check when you open clients card. Also why do I have to go through MYOB App to do this and not the way I used to in AccountRight. I really hate Myob App!

    Hi Anne-Marie12

The settings for Invoice Reminders cannot be accessed from AccountRight currently if some settings in Internet Explorer are blocking it due to which it's recommended to change the settings for individual cards in the browser version.

This is NOT an internet explorer issue. It is a MYOB issue. Otherise MYOB would be able to tell us what settings to change to fix this. It has been A NIGHTMARE setting up new customers for the past month and MYOB needs to get it sorted really quickly. Surely they have a record of changes made to the software so they can identify what change triggered the issue. It is far too widespread to be an individual user setting. There were no changes to my computer for windows updates or anything between when it was working and when it stopped.

    So totally over it today.
