Hi. I'm trying to use the conditional formatting in the Card List to highlight certain customers. I can initally save the rule that I want to use. When leave the Card list and go back into Card List later my conditional formatting has disappeared. How can I stop this from happening? Cheers

Based on your description I assume you are using AccountRight. In AccountRight there is the option to customise the card list or account list with conditional formatting, this feature helps analysing the list or make some cards stand out from the rest, however, this only applies to that viewing session and isn't saved when you close the window.
You may consider sorting the list first, then right click > Copy list to clipboard, then paste it into a spreadsheet or document that you like, then customise the list further with desired formatting instead.
