Creating Invoice Reminders
Going through the sales tab, I want to create a Invoice Reminder for customers under the Sundry as number of email addresses are not available but want to be able to send a reminder to customers that are overdue.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! You can set up invoice reminders to all customers or you can set this up for specific customers. You can also do the same for unpaid invoice summaries. I've linked below two Help Articles with information and instructions on this:
