Credit card transactions

Hi MYOB team, 

 

when i look at my WEB version on accountright  , it shows me  the BANK traansactions are all reconcilled, which is correct. However it also tells me on dashboard, that we have  1033 credit card transaction NOT reconcilled.

WE dont use  myob to reconcile credit cards, its all done manually.  How can i clear this up on the WEB version of MYOB please.

    Hi Gassol,

    Thank you so much for your post, and I apologize for the delayed response. To resolve this issue, I suggest clearing your browser's cache. Alternatively, try logging in from a different browser and access the link app.myob.com.

    hi  Earl,  thanks for fast reply. I think my question might be missunderstood. I dont see how clearing the cache will resolve this. Any way , i did  that, but still today it says 1096 transaction not reconcilled.
