Deleted invoice cannot be traced.

Hi All

My issue has happened just since Tue, 20 Jan2026. 

We had 4 separate invoices for our customer, same number but part A - D. Part B has mysteriously disappeared. I am sure I did not delete it. The only other person who uses the data file is the boss and he says he didn't delete it. I have checked everything possible including the Journal Security Audit and cannot see the deleted invoice. We also do have a small data file where we create a service invoice, as our inventory invoices can be quite long. At statement time we check that both data files do balance, hence this is how I discovered the invoice was missing.

Hope someone out there can assist me. I'm concerned there may be a glitch somewhere.

    Hi JacMoody

     

    That is a bit odd, especially if the batch was recorded and just one part has gone missing.

    The best thing now is to get our support team to take a closer look. You can log a ticket through My Account, or jump onto live chat via MOCAon the MYOB website, and they’ll be able to dig into it
