Duplicate Quote Numbers and Emailing Issues

I have duplicate quote numbers shown in my list of quotes.

 

They are for different clients and the detail of the email address they were sent to is blank. They appear to have been created on the same day even though I do not beleive they were.

 

Also, why I email a quote it goes out from myob instead of creating an email on my system like it used too. I have no visibility of that email as it was sent unless i send a copy to myself for every outgoing quote and invoice. These emails are also being rejected by client_name@bigpond.com and "client_name@bigpond.net email servers.
