Emailing / Printing Customised Remittance and statements forms

I have been trying to get MYOB Accountright to allow us to emailing and printing Customised Remittance and Statements forms.

All I get is the standard MYOB default form.

We have already created and saved the customised forms

I have cleared the cache but still no luck.

How can we set the customised forms to be the default form used for statements and remittance advices.

 

Also is it possible to always have a copy of all emailed statements and remittance advices to come to our email address to confirm the correct info has gone out.

    If you're using AccountRight, please go to Purchases>>Print/Email Statements>>Advanced filters and change the Selected form for Remittance Advices to your customised form. Once that is done, that form should appear as the default while emailing or printing the advices.
