Exporting Inventory to Excel without Inactive items

Hello,

 

I seem to be doing price increases of our stock on a biannual basis these days and it is very time confusing when our stock list exports all the inactive items as well. It means I am having to manually check over 9,000 items!

Is there a way that I can export the stock list with only ACTIVE items? It won't let me delete any items either as says 'This Item is used in Adjust Inventory'.

What are my options here?

    Hi HMC2015 

     

    Thanks for your post. When you export your items list to excel you can sort the column 'Inactive Item'. This way the inactive items (marked with Y) will be grouped together.
