How to change stock soon after despatching before invoicing

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I understand your use case needs this feature to work more efficiently. Unfortunately, the stocks are only changed after you create the invoice. The only option we can do is to create the invoice once the items have been dispatched. I recommend posting this in the Ideas Board as a suggestion for the development team to see. 

 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
