Good afternoon, I am having the same issue. In Account Right Plus desktop version. Command Centre shows there are documents in the In Tray but there is nothing there. I try and put one in there by drop and drag, not email and will not load up. Please fix this issue.

I have a more general problem with attachments as soon as I attached them to the transaction and then go back in the bank transactions they are no longer there to view.

Apparently we have to go to 2 factor authentication!! so not just a code to inbox have to set up for phone also.

Same here as well, nothing!! I know there are documents there and I have tried both dragging an invoice across and sending from outlook but nothing is there.
My In-Tray won't accept any documents. Finally comes with a red "Something went wrong" warning. I have closed and restarted the system for a reset hoping the error will correct itself but nothing has helped.
C'Mon MYOB everytime there is an update there seems to be another issue. Please fix.

Same problem and I get an hour a day when bub naps to do our paperwork. MYOB please advise when its fixed.
