Invoice column layout

If you're using AccountRight, you can adjust the column width while entering the invoices. That said, as you mentioned  that you want to change the column layout, can you please clarify if you're wanting to change from item to service layout? Please provide further details so we can advise accordingly.

I want to use the Item layout because I sell items not services. But I want to change the sequence of the columns.

ie, I want to get rid of the Back order column. I want to put Qty Ord, Then Qty Supplied, then Item Number, Then Description, price etc.

Thanks for providing additional details. The columns cannot be deleted or re-ordered on that window as they are hard coded. You can choose how to display them when printing/emailing by customising the invoice form under Setup>>Customise Forms, but the window itself cannot be changed.
