Invoice Template

Why do I need to change the invoice date in the template to reprint an invoice? Whenever I have to resend an invoice, I need to customize forms and change the date to the original date of invoice and save the form before resending invoice to client

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    Apologize for the late response. When resending or reprinting an existing invoice, dates are not subject to change. In this matter, as we replicate your concern, we have not encountered any date changes when we try to resend or reprint an existing invoice on our end. We recommend performing a basic troubleshooting by logging out, refreshing your browser, and clearing the cache and cookies on the browser setting before logging in back again and redoing the process. 

     

    If you still encounter the same issue, please provide a screenshot of the invoice before and after reprinting/resending so that we can check it as well. Please note to hide any important personal details on the invoice before posting it here in the forum.
