Invoices showing as being delivered 2 weeks ago, but clients only receiving them today - on the due date.
I've had 2 clients call me today to complain that they've only received invoices today - 20th Sept that were sent out at the beginning of the month. I've gone into the invoice and looked at activity and it's showing as being delivered 2 weeks ago. Clearly not the case. Being a random problem and with it showing as delivered, what is the solution? No way I'm going through 100+ invoices to check anyway. And I don't really want to go back to downloading every invoice and sending manually through our own email system as an attachment. Starting to make sense now why clients miss random months for payment, when they're normally consistent payers.
