Issue with invoice app not saving

I am unable to edit and save invoices in the invoice app on iPhone. It won’t let me save. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app

    Awesome job trying to troubleshoot this on your own—you’re already halfway there! Let’s see if we can get this fixed together:

    • Keep Things Updated: First, make sure both your MYOB Invoice app and your iPhone’s operating system are updated to the latest versions
    • Clear the invoice app's cache and restart
    • Check for Missing Details: If you’re seeing the error message "Couldn't save invoice, please try again," it might just be due to a few incomplete fields. Open the customer card in the app and double-check that these are filled out:

                         -Name

                         -Tax code

                         -Freight tax code
