Item Purchases to stock - invoices crash the program

Is anyone else having issues when they go to save a new purchase, using a Item layout, that it won't save? It goes to not responding for 5 minutes. 

 

Tried on 4 different computers and logged in/out. Been this way all day.

    Thanks for your post. This issue can occur occasionally. To resolve it, we do have an online script that we can arrange to fix this issue. Could you please confirm the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID? Thank you!
