Items on hand discrepancy

Hi MYOB team,

I have an issue with the quantity number I have on hand.

Firstly, in the item register report, it clearly states that my starting quantity is 0

However, in the register, it states that I have a starting quantity of 12.

Where does this discrepancy arise?
