my MYOB product (AccountRight Live Plus) is not listed on my account

    Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Community Forum! We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with canceling your subscription. We understand that your situation has changed, and we want to assist you in the best way possible. 

    To cancel your subscription, you may follow these steps:

    Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com). You can also get there from within MYOB by clicking your business name and choosing My account.

    1. Click Manage my product.
    2. If required, click Go to product for the product you want to cancel.
    3. Click Cancel subscription.
    4. Read the displayed info and follow the prompts.

     

    If you're having issues, you are always welcome to contact our support team via this link Contact us. Please let them know about your specific situation, and they will guide you through the cancellation process.
