not able view particular supplier previous record

Hi,

 

currently, I am using Premier 19 MYOB version. 

 

don't know why only this particular supplier after we close the last financial year then this particular supplier all previous records disappear in MYOB. But if another supplier is still able to see their previous record.  

 

May i know what is the reason?

    Thanks for your post. If transactions are not visible after closing a financial year it sounds like those closed transactions have been purged when the financial year was closed. This Help Article, End of year rollover and transaction purging, has detailed information.
