Hi RB73,
Thank you for the screenshot. Some of the causes why this issue is occurring because, the invoice number has an invalid character or missing country on the linked customer card. Please make sure to remove all the invalid characters from the invoice number and it should be numeric only. Lastly, please ensure that the customer card has a country set.

Thanks for the reply but pretty sure it was a MYOB issue. As all payments were able to be processed this morning without any changes being made to card details.
