Ordermentum not able to sync in invoices to myob 2024.1

Hi there,

 

We have had an issue with Ordermentum not being able to sync in our invoices. 

 

Prior to 6/3/2024 we didn't have any issues.

 

Now we are getting a "bad import" error when we try to sync the invoices across. 

 

Any help? Is myob having issues with this?

    Hi Emma1201, we see similar errors in our app, so one thing we always get our users to check is the connection to the MYOB data file. This can occasionally be lost and needs resetting.

     

    Does Ordermentum have a configuration setting for that, and does it include a test function to confirm the connection?  Can you delete and/or redo the connection?

      Hey Mike,

       

      Thank you for your reply. 

       

      Some of the invoices are pushing to myob from ordermentum. So I think they must have some connection.

       

      I will suggest disconnecting and re connecting .
