Payments for previous closed financial years are back in pay bills folder. Recent entries are missing? What to do?

Hi

closed bills/ Payments from 2016 and 2017 have come back into the folder. I have closed these financial years.

I can no longer see recent entries. I expect the folder/accouns are over loaded.

How do I get rid of the historic bills and why have they come back??
