PC VERSON ACCOUNT RIGHT

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE PC VERSION AND TRIED TO OPEN A CLIENT FILE.  IT IS SAYING IT IS READ ONLY AND TO FIX IN WINDOWS,,,  I HAVE DONE THIS AND IT IS STILL SAYING THIS.    DO I NEED TO PURCHASE  THE ACCOUNT RIGHT VERSION TO BE ABLE TO USE THE FILE    ACCOUNT RIGHT

    • Business name
