Purchasing items for use on farm

Question

HiI run a farm and Im in the process of ordering rock and gravel for road repairs, I want to order and rrack receipt of the tiems as they arrive.&nbsp;But I dont want a bunch of rock and gravel in my inventory.&nbsp;Any ideas on how to do this?&nbsp;Thanks Paul&nbsp;

go into the Purchase RegisterSelect the order tab select new order ( bottom right hand side)enter the order as you would normally do allocting to the usual expense accountwhen the goods come in you can convert to an invoice to pay&nbsp;Hope this helps&nbsp;Lisa
