Quantity breaks for an item

Hi team,

 

I tried to create an item and break down the price based on QTY. It seems like MYOB is not picking up the charges based on the quantity. When I am creating an invoice, MYOB is charging the customer at the base selling price without breaking down over a certain quantity.

 

Is there any way to rectify this? Appreciate your help.

    Hi Rambo 

     

    Try changing the Item Price Level to Level A on the Customer Card - Selling Details tab.

    Generally, while creating an item we could decide how it's sold and how it's bought. Here is the helpful article Creating items that would give more information about the process. The option we could make sure to check is under the selling detail window.

    Hi Rambo

     

    Thanks for the response and the screenshots. 

     

    As mentioned by gavin12345, we could try to change the price level for the customer card. As price level F is still showing as 100 for more than 5 items.
