Reference Number, Job Number,

Hi,

I was hoping there is a way to place in-house job numbers on the invoice for Sales Registry Search.

Currently, we use the PO Number Column, but this gets confusing when customers supply their PO No.
Hoping to have another box on the invoice to fill out with our Job No, Reference No or some tracking number that we can use.

Thanks
Nathan

    Hi nhara2

Welcome to the Community Forum. Providing you are using either; AccountRight Standard, Plus, or Premier, then you can set up Jobs and create Job numbers that can help you keep track of sales without using the Purchase order number field.

I have attached our Help Article on how to set it up: Set up jobs.

    Hope that helps.
