Removing items
Hi I am currently using MYOB V19
We have item list over 2900 unique products. It includes items that are duplicate but with different codes. Almost over 2000 items are obselete (haven't been ordered/sold in years). Is there a way to remove it completely from the item list?

If you have purged all sales/purchases/saved sales/saved purchases and linked customers/purchasers etc - yes you should be able to delete them - unfortunately these links are really difficult to remove in total.
I believe there is a 3rd party company - an old MYOB specialist who has developed code to do this in bulk removing the links.
I have code to get into the database and delete but not the links and this will corrupt the database.
I think the 3rd party person watches this space so will probably spot this post.
