    Hi Aust,

Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. We acknowledge the issue regarding incorrect calculations displayed on Average Days to Pay. Currently, we don't have additional information for users experiencing unusually large numbers on a customer's card. We have communicated this matter to the relevant team, but as of now, there is no update on a fix for this issue. We appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.

Feel free to post again if you have further queries and one of us will be happy to assist you.
    Regards,
    Earl

We also have incorrect average days to pay showing on some of our customers. Do you have any way of correcting this yet?

    Hi AmandaEx,

Thanks for hanging in there while we sort out the issue with the average days to pay field showing incorrect values. Our developers are still working on it, and I've flagged your account as one of the affected users. In the meantime, you can raise a support ticket via My Account, for our team can process a data file repair to recalculate or reset the average days to pay field for the impacted customers.

    Cheers,

    Princess
