Sales Numbering Error

Question

Hi team,I'm just having a slight issue with the new sales numbering system brought into MYOB Accountright.I've entered the Prefix &amp; Next Number I want into the Invoice, Sales Quote and Sales Order sections and I have also ticked the box that says enable seperate numbering for quotes, orders and invoices. I have also unselected the box in preferences that retains original invoice number when changing.So when I use it:&nbsp;- Quote to Sales Order works correctly and the Quote Number changes to the next Sales Order Number.&nbsp;- Quote to Invoice works correctly and the Quote Number changes to the next Invoice Number.&nbsp;- Sales Order to Invoice does not work correctly and retains the Sales Order Number when it changes to an invoice.&nbsp;Any suggestions? The behaviour you’ve mentioned is actually a limitation of the feature. The setting only works for quotes that are converted into invoices or orders. Totally get where you’re coming from though, it’d definitely be handy in other cases too.
&nbsp;
If you’re keen to see this improved, I’d recommend throwing your vote behind the suggestion. That’ll help bump up its chances of getting included in future updates.
