Question

Hi, I am new to the online version of MYOB and I apologise if this has been asked before.

I understand that the Layout is fixed, as per the desktop version. However, in the desktop version we are able to adjust the item detail column sizes (i.e. Ship, Item Number, Description, etc) so we can display the sales order data as required.

As a custom manufacturer we have lengthy & detailed descriptions which are difficult to read as they are condensed considerably into in the column width allocated in online sales order service & item layout. Is there are way to resize these columns to allow us to best fit our data and make it readable?

Hi DanniB ,I understand you're trying to make changes in the column within our software. Currently, the web version of our software does not allow changes to be made in the column. However, you can make these changes in the desktop version of the software. Please see this help article for more information Choose a layout type.&nbsp;
