Trying to close / save invoice and it has frozen

Trying to close / save invoice and it has frozen, don't really want to lose a hours plus worth data input. Have just done an update today before I started. Running AccountRight

    Hi hg1

     

    Generally, the software may slow down after an update until all changes settle down. If the lag is still present, I recommend reaching out to the support team. You can do this by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or via live chat through MOCA

    We are having the same problem today. Save and close brings up the Try again error screen which is not working.  This is resulting in all previously entered information is being lost.  At this rate we will not meet Payroll for tomorrow.

     

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hi CTSLW

     

    If you recently upgraded to the newest version, it could be an adjustment period after the update. However, if you haven't updated your software to the latest version, or if the issue persists for a longer duration, I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache. If that still doesn't solve the problem, it might be time to reach out to the support team via the MyAccount window or through live chat on MOCA.
