Frozen Backup

Hello, my backup is frozen, l log in and out again and its still sitting in backup mode and not moving. I then cancel but when l try again its still sitting in the same position.

Can anyone help?

    HI Nelly74

     

    That backup can get itself stuck sometimes and really hold things up. I’ve run a fix on your file, so it should be all good now. You can jump back in and keep working, and re‑run the backup when you’re ready.

  • Thanks, unfortunately this hasn't worked and still unable to backup, its still frozen?

    Really appreciate you letting us know the backup fix hasn’t done the trick. At this stage, the best move is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They can dig deeper and see what's going on with the file.
