Unable to Edit sales or Recurring

Hi Team,

 

I have Admin level access and unable to save sales or update recurring.

 

Our director has the similar issue and there is no change in Roles or preferences.

Surprisingly we are able to save on online version.  I have attached screenshot for your reference.

    I see that you're trying to edit recurring sales transactions but are unable to do it via the desktop version. I noticed from your screenshot that the file you're working with is read-only on the desktop. That's probably why you're able to make changes in the online version but not on the desktop. Make sure you're accessing the same files on both the desktop and the browser.

    Hi Princess,

     

    I am accessing the same file as we don't have multiple MYOB for the same company. Our director is also having the same issue

      Thanks for your reply! From the screenshot you've shared, it looks like the file you're trying to tweak is set to read-only. Please go back to your AccountRight opening window and make sure you're on the online file. Also, just to keep things secure, I've removed the screenshot from your original post since it had some sensitive details.
