Unable to Save Invlice

I am having issues trying to save new invoice it keeps giving me an error message “Couldn’t Save Invoice Please Try Again”

 

Very frustrating I use the app for all quoting and invoicing on the go. 
My IPhone has the latest software version and I uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB hoping this might help. 
Is there an issue with the App?

    Hi Troy-S,

    Thanks for raising this. Since you've already reinstalled the app, could you let us know if you're still experiencing the same issue with saving invoices? Just to confirm, there aren’t any reported issues with the app related to this error at the moment.

  • Yes still not able to use the app to invoice or quote. I have the same error for both

    We are aware of an incident impacting MYOB Invoice app on iOS. Our team is actively working on resolving it as soon as possible, you can still record invoices via app.myob.com. Please view and subscribe to updates at status.myob.com
