Application Time Out Error

Hello Iam in process of doing payroll and getting this message - is this a known error?  I've Tried to restore via backup but still receiving same message.

 

Payroll is due to be processed tonight - please assist!

 

Serial number ends in 2033.

    We do have a timeout extender, which has allowed some of our users to overcome those timeout related errors. I have sent this timeout extender through to you through a private message.       Thanks Leneth and can I also please confirm re final payroll dates.

       

      If I finalise payroll as payment date 30 June 2023 recorded in Myob but don't load the payment file until Mon 3rd July does this still count towards a July Payroll?

       

      I was hoping to complete the payroll with clean end of 30 June but are staff are paid fortnightly on Mondays and I didn't want to upload the aba file early so as then it will make next pay period longer to wait for staff.

       

      Can someone clarify this question?

        In this matter, if the payment date is on or after 01 July, it will not be included this year. Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.
