Authorisation to submit payroll via STP

Question

HiI process payroll for my employer and I'm going on holidays which means I need to set up another user to process the payroll.&nbsp; I have given them authorisation and it all works through to submitting the payroll to ATO where the User gets an error message saying they are not authorised for this.&nbsp; Any ideas what i need to do to get them authorisation?&nbsp; Is this an ATO issue rather than MYOB? Thank you.

It sounds like you need a new STP declarer. The new STP declarer should already be a user in the file before starting the process. For detailed steps, you can check out this link.
