Backpay Processing - FY24 & FY25

Hi,
I need to process two backpays: one for the previous financial year (FY24) and one for the current financial year (FY25).
The FY24 backpay is less than $1,200, which is the minimum lump sum amount required for that period.
Therefore, would it be acceptable to process both backpays as separate transactions within the current FY25?
