Base hours not reducing when paying AL or PL

when paying AL or PL the base hours are not being reduced, yet their is a tick.  How to fix this ?

    unable to call as i need to answer the phone which is why i'd like to chat online.  But i get to the chat online, it asks what software ie account right, then a list of MYOB products, i click Payroll, and the chat disappears....

    Hi Chellie22051,

     

    If the live chat window was interrupted, it might have been a browser issue. This isn't common, so you can try accessing the live chat again via MOCA. If the problem continues and the chat window keeps closing, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window instead.
