Bounced back superannuation

Question

One of the super contribution payment bounced back to our bank account but we have not recieved any notifications from MYOB for the info. We use pay super function on MYOB to process the super monthly. I can assume from the total contribution amount however there is no such notice from MYOB and cannot confirm this for sure before I contact to the employee.

Are there any ways to find out which payment became an error and boucned back to our account?

Thank you for your post. Usually, once a super payment is unsuccessful, the payment will bounce back, and the MYOB Pay super team will notify you via email. If this is not the case, I'd be happy to take a look into your account and further check your super payments. Can you please send me a Private message with your serial number and ABN?
