Your subscription's active and online, so it's a bit tricky why the payroll feature isn't showing when accessing the file through the browser. Since it should be available, the best next step is to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to take a closer look and sort it out for you.
